Our project aims to solve the common problem of low batteries in electronic devices such as phones, tablets, and wireless headsets.
I joined the core team with a few people in the early stage of the market research and lead the user experience
Challenge
Vietnamese users have been experiencing unexpected battery drain issues on their phones or laptops, so they tend to use power sockets, particularly when in public places and it’s inconvenient when they have emergency things
Utilized a huge Chinese research to tackle user issues, confident that these learnings would apply to our own market
Interviewed Vietnamese young generation who get really close to the tech-savvy that we aimed as a consumer
Interviewed merchants such as coffee shops owner to understand what they need to use this technology to increase their income
