Communication app in financial institution
LeapXpert is an omnichannel communication platform giving companies in banking institution the ability to monitor, record and own all communication activities between account manager and clients with integration to multiple third-party communication platforms. One of the selling points of LeapXpert is a chat app with a high-security level with integrates WeChat, WhatsApp, Line, and other social chat apps.
As a UI/UX designer, I led an end-to-end experience for this project by discovering problem-to-solution validation with other 2 UI/UX Designers.

Security Breaches: Inadequate security measures may lead to data breaches, legal consequences, and loss of trust from clients.
Poor User Experience: A subpar user experience could result in frustration, decreased adoption rates, and loss of customers.
Lack of Scalability: Insufficient scalability may cause performance issues, downtime, and missed business opportunities.

Explore options for direct messaging within LeapXpert alongside the integrated platforms, offering an additional communication channel to clients who prefer it.
All communication remains within the secure environment of LeapXpert, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational security protocols.

Recognizing the importance of developer collaboration, I actively engaged with the development team by integrating the design system into Fullstory. This ensured developers had easy access to the system's components and documentation, promoting efficient implementation and reducing the risk of inconsistencies.
