My role is

Led end-to-end customer experience with total 3 product managers, 3 engineering teams, a lead product designer and key stakeholders to elevate the customer experience.

Defined and implemented the design process, facilitating workshops with stakeholders to gather insights and ensure alignment.
Contributed to usability testing to evaluate the impact of design decisions on user interactions.
Owned the measurement of UX success, collaborating with stakeholders to define metrics, build a custom Fullstory dashboard, and analyze user data to communicate the impact on user experience.

Information Overload: Users faced an overwhelming library of 88,000 content pieces, making it difficult to find relevant and up-to-date materials.
Content Relevance: Irrelevant content, especially outdated industry-specific materials, created frustrations for users seeking focused learning resources.
Limited Collaboration: Platform limitations hampered collaboration and playlist sharing, forcing users to rely on external tools like Spreadsheet, hindering team-based learning initiatives.
Content Discovery Inefficiency: Learning Managers spent over 10 days manually searching and identifying suitable content for their teams, leading to frustration and wasted time.
Communication Bottlenecks: Inefficient processes, including manual back-and-forth communication with the Content team and CSMs, contributed to overall workflow inefficiencies.
