We're going to build a community platform for the HR community who want to share their job from the real network and get a referral fee on each other, with the goal of:
Finding reliable resources from the network
Complete job requests earn rewards
Create a value network
Process
It depends on several meetings and thorough discussions with the client to understand their scope, budget, and expectations. Based on the client's perspective, we designed a product strategy with significant features and conducted usability testing to validate the decision. The project timeline is four months. Now let's go deeper into each step.
My role is
As a leader, I led a product team with three members. My role has been to communicate with the client to get the requirements and present the initiative ideas, set up the product strategy and delicate tasks to team members.
Challenge
Lack of networking opportunities: This is an objective and obscure product, so it will be difficult to provide the user with the complete storyboard.
Unequal market: Hard to build a fair market play with multiple user types
Sharing limits: Due to the policies of their companies or customers, target users do not have the habit of sharing the CVs they have on the public network.
Unexpected commitment: Uncover or deliver some unusual transactions from outside the platform

At the discovery phase of my project, we have a real interview as face to face and remotely by chat 1 on 1 as well in order to get a better understanding of the problem. To know what is the user need and determine the first ideas, we prepared a list of related questions to measure the real data from their thoughts.

According to the survey report, we have a full picture of our target user that we want them to use our platform. Personas enable us to picture our users in a defined, specific way that helps us to understand what aesthetics they are looking for, what words they would like to see and what software they want to use.

At the beginning of my design process, I created wireframes for testing purposes.
We will not focus too much on visual graphics, images, and UI language when working on this step. We concentrate on the structures and how to expose the information on the mobile web layout.
